The EQ2 Light brief for this scheme included all of the public areas of the building including elements such as the WC’s, the Office terraces and the Lightwells. The external presentation of the building also formed part of the EQ2 Light scope for Finsbury Circus.

FOYLES FLAGSHIP
The work parcel for EQ2 Light in this instance included all retail, food & beverage, meeting and conference areas within this major new store on Charing Cross Road.
LOCKTON INSURANCE HEADQUARTERS
The brief for this project involved the consideration of all client side areas of this office fit out together with Reception, Break Out and other staff support areas.
CLERYS DEPARTMENT STORE
All ‘front-of-house’ elements of this major refurbishment included within the EQ2 Light brief for this project. A key part of the brief for this project was to help to re-create some of the former grandeur that was associated with the Clerys Department store.
HOTEL ESPLANADE
