One of the earlier Fora co-working schemes, this project saw the development of the Fora offer to include a full on-site restaurant and a top floor Residents Lounge/Event space together with a large Resident Terrace.

As well at the extensive support spaces, Borough provides high quality workspaces for the building Residents. A key element in this respect is the introduction of a tuneable white lighting arrangement introduced in locations where daylight is not sufficiently present. Responses from Fora Residents have indicated a good ergonomic performance.

In addition to the provision of good workplace illumination, architectural feature illumination and decorative lighting are used extensively across the Fora Borough property to add texture and interest to the building interior. This approach mirrors a typical hospitality lighting approach in recognition of the experiential nature of the Fora co-working offer.

This project was completed in 2018 with EQ2 Light working with Hassell and the internal Fora delivery team. The development of a series of design guidelines, a blueprint for later Fora schemes came out of the Borough project.
